How to use Blogging in the classroom?

Think about how you would be able to use blogging in your classroom.  How could this platform benefit the learning process for your students?  Share at least 1 idea as to how you could use this, and what you would hope to accomplish by using blogging in the classroom.

Preparing for the Tech Academy

When we were first approached with the concept of developing a PLC here at BMS, I was a little confused...mostly because I felt that our staff had been doing much of this for a long time.  As I've researched this, I realized that we have a long way to go.  BUT...I do see this as a "living" course of development, meaning that we'll never be where we want to be.  Does that sound discouraging to you?  Look at it this way, there is always more to learn, better ways to do things, and new people to meet that we can learn from.  I'll be most interested in hearing your comments and reactions to what has been planned for you during this Tech Academy. I hope that the planning committee has managed to meet some of your needs, and open the doors to new learning experiences.
